Sophia Damiano | Director & Co-Founder

Six years ago, Sophia started Adore Styling with a big vision, no formal experience and a genuine love for creating beautiful spaces. What began as a small idea has grown into a business she is incredibly proud of. Styling hundreds of homes across Canberra alongside an amazing team, incredible clients and agents who continue to support the business every step of the way.

Sophia has an eye for the little things that make the biggest difference, bringing a calm, considered and effortlessly beautiful touch to every space she works on. Whether styling a home or refining the finishing touches, her focus is always on creating environments that feel warm, inviting and truly lived in.

Gemma Sergi | Principal Stylist

Gemma is the Principal Property Stylist at Adore Styling. Her work at Adore commenced in her final year at university, where she completed a Bachelor of Interior Architecture. Her knowledge in this field has certainly shaped her approach to creating considered interiors.

What Gemma loves most about styling is the ability to transform a space into one that evokes an emotional connection, allowing its potential buyers to envision their future home. She believes the true value of property styling lies in creating a lifestyle-driven narrative that helps buyers connect and fall in love with a property.

Nadia Damiano | Client Relationships & Accounts

Nadia is the Client Relationships & Accounts Manager at Adore Styling. With over four years of experience supporting clients, managing accounts and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly, she plays an integral role in the business. Her background as a hairdresser and salon manager has equipped her with strong organisational, leadership and customer service skills that continue to shape her approach today.

Nadia is honest, dependable and always willing to lend a hand. She is passionate about building genuine relationships with clients and believes that clear communication, exceptional service and attention to detail are at the heart of every successful project.

Jemma Richardson | Senior Stylist

Jemma is a Senior Stylist at Adore Styling with two years of experience in property styling. Jemma is passionate about transforming homes into beautiful, inviting spaces that buyers can instantly connect with. She has developed a strong eye for detail and an understanding of how thoughtful styling can elevate a space, highlighting each home's best features through carefully selected furniture, décor and styling.

Christina Watson | Senior Stylist

Christina is a Senior Stylist at Adore Styling with 10 years of experience in property styling. She joined the team nearly a year ago and has loved every minute since, finding genuine enjoyment in helping transform houses into beautiful, welcoming homes. What feels like work to others feels more like being part of a family to Christina.

Her passion for property styling began at a young age, constantly rearranging rooms and discovering how small changes could completely transform the way a space looked and felt. Darcie Braddock | Operations & Marketing

Darcie is the Operations Coordinator and Marketing Manager at Adore Styling. She holds a Bachelor degree in Marketing Communications and brings over five years of experience in operations to the business. She is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting the team and managing the marketing and brand presence.

Darcie has always had a passion for interiors and loves being part of an all-female team that is supportive, collaborative and driven.
